Generally speaking, under the condition of satisfying the point-to-point input and output, the higher the resolution of the projector, the same picture can be displayed with more pixels, and the picture is naturally finer, so resolution is one of the most important performance indicators. It should be noted that projection resolution and resolution in the general sense are two concepts.
The unit of projection resolution is pixels px, and the unit of resolution is pixels per inch (PPI), this resolution determines the resolution.
At present the more common resolutions are as follows: SVGA means that the resolution is 800 * 600, and the maximum display is 480,000 pixels. XGA means 1024 * 768, WXGA means 1280 * 800, 1080P means 1920 * 1080, WUXGA means 1920 * 1200, DLP the resolution of the projector is generally determined by the specifications of the DMD chip. Some bad businesses on the market only mark the highest resolution compatible with the projector, but not the physical resolution of the projector. The actual imaged pixels are determined by the physical resolution.
